I just found this fix for this and it is a ''known'' issue according to HP Support with HP Performance center PC 9.5 to PC 9.52
Error: ''The Zip file specified does not exist''.

to fix the issue:

  1. Ensure the cumulative patch P002 to ALL PC machines (servers, hosts, VuGen and Analysis machines) per the patch instructions.

  2. Then on ALL the VuGen and Analysis machines, extract the orchidcommutils.dll file from attached zip '' orchidcommutils.zip''. http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM870359/4bffd03fb5d42d08d4793778/orchidcommutils.zip

  3. Go to Vugen's and the Analysis's bin folder and replace the file orchidcommutils.dll with the one downloaded from step 2 above.

  4. Reboot VuGen and/or Analysis machines and try the open and save a script again.
