Windows Update – ALM Robot no longer working.

Help! The ALM server had updates applied last night.
Now ALM Robot is not working. Cannot get past first screen.
Server locks up and have to reboot.
Any help is appreciated.

See if .net 4.5.x was updated.
If so, uninstall and roll back to .net 4.0 (Full install)
