We have recently bought a license for 500 Vusers for load runner and while for 500 Users today got this error that – You have exceeded the number of Vusers available for your license". I have doubled checked that my team has purchased the correct protocol Bundles.

I was using scripts that are using multiple protocols, and this is why i received this error. For example a script that uses Web (HTTP / HTML) and Web Services, will count as 2 licenses when executed in a Scenario / Load Test. Marked as spam
