As part of our testing, we have to test Japanese characters for our Japanese port of our application. When using UFT, many times the test just stops playing back, but only for the Japanese version. Any ideas?

When Chinese characters are entered into requirements in the requirements tab, they change to ???. As a workaround, we can attach screenshots, but since we're currently working on a Chinese release this has become rather frustrating.
