As title suggests, one user is getting an unavailable license error upon attempt to login to a project. User can login to the other project they have access to. Site connections show over 30 free licenses or more when this one user gets this error. Not sure how to correct then for this user. Should ...

We have recently bought a license for 500 Vusers for load runner and while for 500 Users today got this error that - You have exceeded the number of Vusers available for your license". I have doubled checked that my team has purchased the correct protocol Bundles.
