I see in this post about an ID handshake https://eyeontesting.com/questions/18536/we-are-using-connectall-and-want-to-know-which-rec.html it mentions doing it for other fields, can I get some examples?

Hello, We are using ConnectAll to sync defects/issues between QC and JIRA. Is there a best practice for getting the record ID for the other tool to show up? Like seeing the JIRA Id for the corresponding issue in QC's defect?

I share my machine with other users. When I create a map in the Excel Add-in, the map is stored under my user profile (C:\\users\\\\AppData\\...). Is it possible to change this location so that other users may utilize these maps as well?
