Using cross project customization, when trying to apply the template changes to the project we recieve the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)) Does anyone know what this means?

We are not see the Cross-Project customization option in the customize options. We are also not able to create a template project, the button is grayed out. Is this something additional that we need to purchase?
