All you have to do is goto to settings > ... posted June 15, 2013 6:14 am in reply to Hi, I am unable to access ALM - QC version 11 from IE 10 in Windows 8. I am receiving this error message - 'Main Application process failed to Start. Contact your system administrator'. Could anyone suggest any solution ?
