We are currently using LR 11.52 with Windows 2008 Server R2 64-bit. Our team is trying to connect to windows resource for monitoring it for our upcoming Load Test, but it is giving me 'access denied' error. Our security team does periodic audits and found the following account: IUSR_METRO. What is this and do we need it for LoadRunner 11.52 patch 1? We've had LR installed for several years, but don't ever recall seeing a reference to IUSR_METRO. What would happen if we revoke access to this account?

We have a requirement to test using Siebel protocol using LR 11.52 patch 1. Can you let me know if we have any plug-in's to be installed in the machine where we try to record the script? Also, what are the things to be installed in the load generator machine?
