What is the trick for copying an existing Release by creating a new Release using "Release from template"? When I try this, the releases folder to choose from is empty even though the project has existing releases.

The Quality tab in the Releases module is not displaying the graphs. There is a warning link displayed, and when clicked, displays an error message which is not helpful.
