I have created a couple of UDFs for some of my requirement types. I don't see any requirement check box for the fields though. How do I get them added and added as required for my types?

I have been tasked with altering a user defined field value in over 500 tests from the test plan. Is there a simple way to automate this task instead of having to edit each one by hand? OTA perhaps?
