HP Screen Recorder not connecting to ALM

One of my users is getting some sort of connection error when trying to use the HP Screen Recorder on a new PC for the first time.

Any Ideas?

Private answer

Run the Client Side Registration from the More Tools link on the main page.
Have to register the ALM client dlls. Should fix the issue.
