Is there a way to see defect IDs on Test Lab

I wanted to know if there was a way to add ‘Defect #’ column to the Test Lab view? I don’t see it in the list when I try to add columns. Any suggestions or pointers to the manuals would be appreciated.

You can easily add a Defect ID column to the Test Lab by adding a User-Defined Field to the Test Instance Project Entity. Please note that defects should be created when the tests are run so that they can be linked to the tests. You would then be able to see the links from the details of the test instance.
