Dependent user defined field not populating when tests are uploaded to ALM

When I upload tests into Test Plan using Excel, any dependent fields are not populating like they should. For example, Field A is supposed to populate with a specific value defined within the workflow script in ALM when Field B is populated with a value. When excel uploads the test with Field B populated, Field A remains blank.

Hello. I have tested this in my test environment using both text string and lookup list fields, and it appears that the workflow script for the user defined fields is ignored when the tests are uploaded using excel. I recommend getting the values specified in the workflow script, and entering them into the spreadsheet before uploading to ALM. Marked as spam
