Error when restoring projects in ALM

We are getting an error when we try to restore our projects into our new ALM instance: Messages: What could be the cause of this error?

There are several issues that could cause you to get this error, a bad td user and password combination, the project could be using sql authentication when the db server in ALM is setup as windows auth. Basically anything that could restrict access to the database could cause this error to come back. Marked as spam
