How do we bring up the Tools page when using either ALM Explorer or ALM Client Launcher

How do we bring up the Tools page when using either ALM Explorer or ALM Client Launcher instead of IE? When I type in “http://qc/qcbin/addins.html” in the Address bar it just takes me to the ALM Desktop Client screen.

The ALM Client Launcher (and Explorer) cannot go to any pages other than start_a.jsp, SiteAdmin, lab you CAN, however; use any browser to get to "tools" by adding /addins.html after qcbin (URL http//:server:8080/qcbin/addins.html) to get to the tools. Marked as spam
