We just had someone leave the company, and they left several items checked out in Quality Center. We need to access those items. How can I check them in so others can access them?

We recently upgraded a project from QCv9.2 to QCv10. In QCv9.2 Clearcase version control was being used in the QCv9.2 project. We checked in all the tests before moving to QCv10. Version control is enabled in the migrated QCv10 project. We are receiving the following error: "You cannot check ou...
