Hello, We have installed HP sync 12.53 on a new server. The service doesn't start on server start up. It WILL eventually start, but we need to start it manually. The Service Startup type is defined as automatic. Any idea ?

We have just installed HP Synchronizer 12.50 sync pack 2 for ALM 11.0 and later. This is being used to sync up with TFS 2015. Install was fine, and did all the configure steps for on-premise install.
