Hello, We have installed HP sync 12.53 on a new server. The service doesn't start on server start up. It WILL eventually start, but we need to start it manually. The Service Startup type is defined as automatic. Any idea ?

Says yellow bar will appear to allow download, but does not appear. Link does to directly download does not work either.

We use the "Send Mail Automatically" option for the project. If this setting is disabled, will it disable the email notification for tests in the test lab? (i.e. Pass, Fail, Error) Thanks in advance.
