I have done some web searching, and it does not appear that HPQC has any sort of Client to support accessing HP Quality Center from a machine running Linux OS. Can you please confirm whether there is any direct support of Client access to HP QC from a machine running Linux OS?

We want to migrate QC synchronizer to new Windows server 2012. Is it supported?
