We are in the process of upgrading many projects from QC11 to QC11.52 and I have a few that just will not go away! I tried rt-click Delete from the project list/tree in Site Admin and it will not delete it. What am I doing wrong?

We are having trouble getting ALM11 Site Admin to work on a PC where the user does not have admin rights. How do we get that to work?
