We have an issue with HP ALM Help Page - When we click on Help page does not display from QC. Question mark icon in upper right corner opens a browser with Page not Found.

I am currently using LoadRunner 12.50 and Windows 10. I haven't used the Web HTTP/HTML protocol since moving to LR 12.50 so I didn't notice this until now. When I try to record a simple script that just navigates to any public website such as google, yahoo, ...etc I immediately get "This page ca...
