We want to create recurrent timeslots for a test in Performance Center 12.60. Has this feature be added in version 12.60?

We are currently using Performance Center 12.53. The majority of our users do not have access to more than 1 project. If they want to schedule any test, then their view of timeslots is empty, but they can't book it. Because other projects booked the timeslot but no one else can see except the admin ...
