Add users from the project

We would like to provide our project leads the ability to add users from the project level. However, it seems that they cannot do this if the user is not in the Site Admin already. Is there a way for the project leads to be able to add users from the project level?

You can do this using the ADD_NEW_USERS_FROM_PROJECT site parameter. Be careful in using this as any user with permissions to get to the project users customization section will be able to add new users. You can find more information about this in the admin guide under the Configuring Servers and Parameters chapter. Marked as spam
