ALM 11.52 Automail not working

I have multiple projects in ALM. The first project was set up and configured manually and does not have any issues with the automail. I created a template from this project. Then I created another project from the template. I have verified that the configuration is the same. However, the automail does not work in the new project that was created from the template. Since the automail works in the original project, I know the email configuration is correct.

Is the automail enabled within the individual projects (Log into Site Admin, Select the Site Projects TabProj, Expand the domain and Select the project, then in the lower right side of the project information box, make sure that the ''Send Mail Automatically'' check box is selected. When you click the ''Send E-mail Now'' box does it give an error, or do anything at all? Marked as spam
