When logging into ALM for one user, they are having the following error come up. They can okay the error and go about getting in but they are lacking edit ability on all of the modules.

The Error Reads:
Could Not load file or assembly ‘System.Design.Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3c or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.

Tried client uninstaller and checked all the specs, but issue repeats. Even dumped user from project, issue repeats.

Hello,

Issue is due to a .NET concern. Can try to repair the existing .NET install (from programs & features or add/remove programs under Control Panel) or just try an outright reinstall. Error would lead me to believe issue is on .NET 4.

Just went with a reinstall of the .NET and that seemed to do the job. No more error and full access to edit again.
