Using ALM Explorer, when trying to connect to ALM server in a citrix environment, we get message "server not found". ALM works fine in IE but ALM Explorer gets this issue. Tried MSI shared deployment and issue persists.

Hello,

HP suggests trying the following suggested fix from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2549423

Method 2 is what you will want to try.

1. Start Registry Editor.
2. For a per-user setting, locate the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInternet Settings

For a per-computer setting, locate the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInternet Settings

3. On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following value: **''BypassSSLNoCacheCheck''=Dword:00000001**
4. Exit Registry Editor.
5. Try now connecting to ALM server with Full Qualified Domain Name for your ALM url.

That seemed to do the job. Now ALM Explorer connects.
