ALM retirement – need to archive project data in format accessible for audit. ALM not available.

We are migrating off of ALM to another Application Management tool.
We have migrated Requirements, Test Cases and Defects, not Test Runs/Releases etc.

We want to retire ALM but need to archive project data in a format which we could access
if audited. ALM will not be available.

Data which we would need to have available for audit purposes:
Requirements
Releases
Test Cases
Test Lab/Test Runs
Defects

We have about 100 projects to archive.

Are there any recommendations? I know about .qcp files but we would not have ALM available to
open those files.

Backend ALM data is in SQL database which we can keep active. If I could get queries for
extracting data associated with specific releases – requirements/test cases/test runs/defects
that might work.

Appreciate any recommendations.
