ALM12.20 is not displaying BG_DETECTION_DATE when a defect is created

Hi,
Today I realized that when I open a new defect it doesnot display(Store) the time it was opened, instead it just display as 12:00:00. Can you please resolve this issue?

Try adding this to the workflow for the new defet:

BG_DETECTION_DATE=NOW
