We upgraded from QTP11 to UFT12 and the Analog recording and Low-level recording features are disabled now. Is this a licensing issue?

You have to start a recording first, then during the recording session, you will see (in either the main UFT window or the mini-toolbar) the Recording Mode drop-down where it says ''Default.'' Click the drop-down arrow next to Default, and you will be able to select either Analog or Low-Level Recording (again, DURING a recording).

Ok, I see now during a recording I can select my Recording Mode both from the main recording and smaller floating menus.
