UFT seat license not installing after format

I had to format my laptop. Installed the UFT again.
I entered the key and got the following error:

Failed to install the license key.
Error[143]: Failure in accessing the license file

Try this:

1. Close UFT
2. Make sure you are a local administrator on the machine.
3. Temporarily disable UAC: Windows > Control Panel > User Accounts > Change User Account Settings > Never notify
4. Temporarily disable any and all anti-virus/anti-malware software.
5. Right-click your UFT short-cut on your Desktop and select ''Run as Administrator.''
6. Try to install your seat license again.
