API script: All the input values read from excel sheet. How to switch the input value for each column from optional(Excluded) to optional(Included)

Update the data source use input keywords #SKIP# and #NIL#. The UFT User Guide (UFT User Guide > API Testing Design > Data Usage in API Tests > Concepts > Data Keywords) states that #SKIP# will not send that attribute. #NIL# is use to send this attribute with nothing in the field.
