Autopass Email Configuration

I can’t seem to get my mail configuration for AutoPass License Server to work correctly. We are using a locally installed SMTP utility on port 3225. I can telnet and connect to this port and send sample email with no problem, however from APLS it will not send mail.

We have seen that updating the APLS mail configuration does not update the port in the mailconfig.properties file (C:ProgramDataHPHP AutoPass License
ServerAutoPassLicenseServerdataconfmailconfig.properties), however it does update the config.xml file C:ProgramDataHPHP AutoPass License
ServerAutoPassLicenseServerdataconfconfig.xml).

Try manually updating the mailconfig.properties file with the custom port number.

updating mailconfig.properties resolved the issue.
