AutoPass License Server machine crashed, Commuter licenses gone?

Our AutoPass License Server machine crashed and we were unsuccessful in restoring from backup.  Now, we are unable to restore the currently checked-out Commuter licenses back to the main pool.  What are our options?

You will need to request a License Clean-up key from your support vendor.  This will restore your lost Commuter licenses (as if they are not checked out) back to your main concurrent license pool.
