AutoPass License Server not sending emails

Hi. Our AutoPass License Server is not sending emails. I’m getting an error from the Mail Configuration page, and if I try to send reset password emails from the Users section, nothing sends.

I checked our logs, and am consistently receiving the following error:

ERROR – Jun 08 15:38:26 – [ : LicenseServerMailer.sendEmail] :: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: No authentication mechansims supported by both server and client

On your Exchange Server, have your admin try either of the following:

1) Change the mailbox(es) that you are trying to send from to not require authentication, then in AutoPass Mail Configuration, leave both the Username and Password fields blank.


2) Change the mailbox(es) that you are trying to send from to require TLS/SSL, then make sure you supply the appropriate credentials for AutoPass Mail Configuration Username and Password fields.
