AutoPass License Server Session Expired when trying to log in (Error 500 Internal Server Error)

I sometimes get a “Session Expired” Error 500 Internal Server Error when trying to log into AutoPass.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t!  Any ideas?

Odd as it sounds, this can happen when (mainly using Internet Explorer) hitting the enter key after you type your credentials rather than clicking the LOGIN button.  Avoid it by always clicking the button instead of hitting the enter key when logging in.
