Baseline comparison fails during comparison in ALM?

Hi,
We are find the following issue when attempting,to compare baselines to libraries within our ALM application. When we are attempting to compare a library to a baseline, the task fails.An error occurs stating that: "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint ‘HIST_CROS_REF_PK’. Cannot insert duplicate key in object ‘dbo.HIST_CROS_REF’. The duplicate key value is (53, 2)." The comparison fails and we can’t find out a way to perform this action.

Is this a known issue and is there a workaround or some solution?

Hello HomerJ,

This is a known issue and there is a document regarding this within the Microfocus self help database. It is document ID: QCCR1J79099 and within it is the statement that the patches for the various versions starting from 11.5x and going through 14.00 SAAS are all corrected of this issue and th patch is the final fix.

I would suggest that you gather the patch from your support group to resolve the issue,
