Big space gap between comments in defect

Any help would be greatly appreciated it. When I am adding a comments for a defect, I am getting a big gap in between the two comments. The WF that I am taking over is a mess. I'd debug the output HTML and add a couple lines at the end of the routine using their technique of replace what's causing the large gaps Marked as spam
