Browser crash with QTP

When I launch my browser with QTP open, it crashes. Everytime this happens.

1. Close both QTP and IE
2. Start QTP again, but **uncheck** Active X from the add-in dialog box. Make sure Web is **still enabled**.
3. Launch IE
4. Test to see if they can coexist together or not. If you still have a crash, you might want to double-check your patches, and/or run a repair on QTP from the Windows Control Panel.
