The browser crashes while recording the Ajax Click and Script protocol. What could be the possible cause?

Possible Cause: This may happen when some of the Ajax controls inside the application are not recognized by VuGen. Solution: Go to the [LoadRunner root]datprotocols folder and open the WebAjax.lrp file. Comment out (put a semi-colon (';') in front of the following line: DllGetClassObject:jscript.dll=DllGetClassObjectHook:ajax_hooks.dll Marked as spam
