Cannot install ALM Platform Loader msi on Windows 2008/2012 Server

When I attempt to install the ALM Platform Loader msi on a Windows 2008 R2 VM, the progress bars freeze during installation.![alt text][1]

This error is caused by the IE Enhanced Security Configuration being turned on. It needs to be off for ALM Client files to download properly.
To accomplish this, do the following:
1. Go to Server Manager on your machine
2. Click on the root directory.
3. Look for the link on the right hand side of ''Configure IE ESC'' and click it.
4. Click the Off Radio button for both Administrators and Users and Click Ok.
5. Reboot Server.alt text
6. Now when you try to download the ALM Client files, everything should work.![alt text][1]
