cant login to Admin Page in LRE2021

Hello All,

We have upgraded our ALM PC instance from 12.63 to LRE2021

we were able configure the admin user in the configuration wizard and the configuration went fine without any issues, post configuration was success when i try to login to admin page it throws up an

ERROR :  “please make sure that your sign in address username and password is correct and try again”

We have validate if the user exists in the site schema created, user exists 

we also verified if all the services are up and running fine, all the services are running

Not really sure what is blocking the login,  Can you please help us with the suggestions

The LRE services can take 1 to 15 minutes to start after rebooting the LRE server

Normally this because the LoadRunner Backend Service

Verify the following services are running and set to Automatic:

All of these services are running:

  • LRE server 2020.x
    • LoadRunner Backend Service
    • LoadRunner Data Collection Agent
    • LoadRunner Remote Management Agent Service
    • Micro Focus Network Virtualization
    • Internet Information Services (IIS)
