How can I change the port 8731 to a different port that that the Performance Center Host uses?

* On each Performance Center host, open LTOPSvc.exe.config (located in bin) and change all four occurrences of 8731 to a new port number. Restart the Performance Center Load Testing Service. Marked as spam
