HP states the following:

''Citrix Server on Microsoft Windows, up to XenApp version 6, Citrix ICA Client, versions 9.1 and up to 12.1 is supported. LR11 Patch 3 and above will more easily adapt to Citrix XenApp client changes above 12.1 due to LR improvements in LR11 Patch 2 and above.''

To install the Agent for Citrix Server:

1 If your server requires administrator permissions to install software, log in
as an administrator to the server.

2 If you are using a Remote Desktop connection (RDP) to install the agent
onto a machine running Windows 2003, run the following command on
the target machine before starting the installation:

3 Locate the installation file, Setup.exe, on the product installation disk in
the Additional ComponentsAgent for Citrix ServerWin32 or ...Win64
directory.

4 Follow the installation wizard to completion.
Note: After installation the agent will only be active for LoadRunner
invoked Citrix sessions-it will not be active for users who start a Citrix
session without LoadRunner.
