Clicking on ”Edit” scenario (or) ”Run” scenario opens a blank page

We are currently using ALM-PC 11 patch 6 on
Windows 2008 Server R2 64-bit machines. When clicking on
"Edit" scenario (or) "Run" scenario opens a blank page
instead of displaying the contents. We are currently
using IE version 9. Any thoughts would be helpful.

I recommend trying the following to resolve this issue:

1. Open Internet Explorer manually
2. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab
3. Select Trusted Sites and click on ''Sites''
4. Make sure that the ALM-PC site is added as one of the trusted sites and click on Close.
5. Restart the Browser
6. Retry
