**Windows 7**

Press the 'Start' button

Find command prompt and right click on it.

Select ''Run as Administrator''. A Dos Prompt will appear.

Copy the following command to the dos prompt and press enter.

MsiExec.exe /fm {5AC723A7-770A-4E06-9699-6F23075C15E7}
LeanFT:

MsiExec.exe /fm {52ACF5E5-8E46-4EDD-80C7-AACBAA9DA003}

**Windows 8/8.1**

From the Charms screen, start typing the word 'Command'. A list of matching programs will appear.

Right click 'Command Prompt'.

Select Run As Administrator. A Dos Prompt will appear.
