Windows 7

Press the 'Start' button

Find command prompt and right click on it.

Select ''Run as Administrator''. A Dos Prompt will appear.

Copy the following command to the dos prompt and press enter.

UFT One 15.0.1:

MsiExec.exe /fm {8D3A7DBA-5E44-4510-BD0D-C7D8CC03AE02}

LeanFT:

MsiExec.exe /fm {58895DDA-ED9F-4355-9CF1-BF1CF65C3DD7}

Windows 8/8.1

From the Charms screen, start typing the word 'Command'. A list of matching programs will appear.

Right click 'Command Prompt'.

Select Run As Administrator. A Dos Prompt will appear.

Copy the following command to the dos prompt and press enter.

MsiExec.exe /fm {8D3A7DBA-5E44-4510-BD0D-C7D8CC03AE02}
