Component Disabled error in ALM Automatic Runner

I’m getting this error in the ALM Automatic Runner:
“The component or application containing the component has been disabled”

I have no idea what to do to fix this.

We encountered this same issue when we upgraded our Windows Server.

To fix is, I changed HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/COM3 for key RemoteAccessEnabled to 1 and now is working.

We recently upgraded our server to Windows 2016. Modifying that registry fixed it for us as well. Thanks for the info.
