The term in MF connect is "calculated value" instead of "constant".
Go to the Connection Rules window, type and click "Add Type Rule", then look for the "Connection Type Rule" dialog box, and select the "Calculated Values" tab for either the Target or Master.  THEN, you can "Add Calculated Value".
