Error installing UFT 14, need KB2999226

When installing UFT 14, I keep getting an error saying I need to install Microsoft Windows Update KB2999226. ![alt text][1] But when I tried, I got the following error: ![alt text][2] How can I get this fixed?? [1]: /storage/temp/557-kb2999226.jpg

Looks like you got the wrong version. You can manually download and install different versions from [Microsoft's download page][1] but you need to be sure to get the correct OS version AND bitness. The most common right now are: [Windows 7 32bit][2] [Windows 7 64bit][3] Try downloading and installing one of these, depending on your machine's OS.
